The car is becoming the most sophisticated connected device, which creates an accelerating demand for advanced innovative infotainment solutions. We therefore look for a Senior Sales Engineer who has a background in automotive infotainment or embedded AI solutions, to extend the team and help us shape the automotive future.

You build a deep relationship with key stakeholders, leveraging your great communication and presentation skills as well as your technical expertise. You help customers decide on optimal solution architectures, you guide them to find the right set of custom features, and you consult them on how to realize the best end-user experience for their brand and program. You listen carefully to their requirements, plans and intentions, and foster quick and to the point responses from our side. You co-create suitable solution proposals with corresponding effort and planning estimates, crisp technical descriptions and Statements of Work. You support Account Management in driving customer decision making all the way to successfully closing the deal.


1. Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science or related field.

2. Total of 6-9 years of experience in Automotive industry and strong experience towards infotainment and connectivity with rich experience on Linux and Android platforms.

3. Excellent understanding of Automotive industry market trends and technical strategies.

4. Experience in interacting with automotive stakeholders on all hierarchy level and have been in a customer facing role working on automotive grade projects.

5. Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.

6. Should have Development Experience in SDK and API architecture/development.

7. Nice to Have - Experience in Speech Recognition (Speech to Text) and Text to Speech (TTS) systems.

8. Nice to Have - Experience in writing technical documentations and Statement of work.

9. Nice to Have - Experience in estimating and budgeting projects.

Nice to Have - Inroads in 4-Wheeler and 2-Wheeler OEMs and Tier-1s especially in Indian market.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Understand all company products details from technical standpoint.

2. Comprehend all customer requirements and map that with the most suitable product and pitch it to the customer with the required information.

3. Plan and conduct product demos for the customers based on the requirements.

4. Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.

5. Lead product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management, Business Development, and Software Engineering.

6. Can work as an Individual Contributor and open to travel as and when required.

7. Should understand the full business perspective of a software company and should have the content knowledge to both set strategic goals and align internal operations to achieve those goals

8. Demonstrate thought-leadership, initiative, independence, and willingness to learn

9. Developing and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships and in managing geographically distributed organizations

10. Working with architects, R&D, Program Managers, and Product Managers to understand high-level design, cross-functional impact, architectural or non-functional requirements.
