**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities:Imports & Exports Management**:

- Oversee **import and export operations**, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Coordinate with **freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance agents** to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Prepare and verify **import/export documentation** such as Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, and other required shipping documents.
- Manage **letter of credit (LC) transactions**, coordinate with banks for submission of documents, and ensure smooth processing of international payments.
- Handle queries from customs and other regulatory authorities to facilitate hassle-free import/export transactions.

**Foreign Exchange Transactions & Banking Coordination**:

- Handle **foreign exchange remittances and receipts** for import and export transactions.
- Coordinate with **banks and financial institutions** to manage forex transactions and resolve queries related to inward/outward remittances.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations related to foreign trade and currency exchange.
- Maintain and verify bank documentation such as **SWIFT messages, remittance advice, bank guarantees, and invoices**.
- Work closely with finance and accounts teams for reconciliation of forex transactions.

**Local Logistics & Supply Chain Management**:

- Oversee **domestic logistics operations**, ensuring smooth transportation of raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage **vendor relationships** with transporters, warehouse operators, and third-party logistics providers.
- Optimize **freight costs** by negotiating rates with logistics partners.
- Monitor **inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse efficiency**.
- Handle disputes and claims related to logistics operations and ensure timely resolution.

**Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all logistics operations comply with **customs laws, import-export regulations, and taxation policies**.
- Maintain up-to-date **documentation and records** for audits and compliance checks.
- Implement **logistics cost control strategies** to optimize expenses while maintaining service quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments like **procurement, finance, production, and sales** for logistics planning and execution.
- Prepare **reports and MIS** related to logistics, foreign exchange transactions, and cost analysis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
