**Key Responsibilities:Data Entry & Administrative Tasks**:

- Accurately enter order details, inventory data, and dispatch records into the system (ERP/Excel/software).
- Maintain updated records of stock in/out, packing status, and shipping.
- Generate packing lists, invoices, and shipping labels as required.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and inventory teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of documents.

**Packing & Dispatch Supervision**:

- Supervise and coordinate the packing staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure correct packaging standards are followed (labeling, sealing, quantity check, etc.).
- Monitor inventory of packing materials and report shortages proactively.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in the packing area.
- Conduct quality checks before dispatch to minimize errors or returns.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass or diploma; graduate preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry and/or warehouse/packing operations.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and data entry software/ERP systems.
- Ability to lead a small team and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics processes.
- Physically fit to occasionally assist with packing tasks if needed.
