The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining store-related data, including product details, stock levels, sales records, and customer transactions. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in data processing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Management**:

- Input, update, and maintain records of products, pricing, and stock availability.
- Enter daily sales, purchases, and returns into the system.
- Maintain supplier and vendor details for easy reference.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Record and track stock movements (inward and outward).
- Generate reports on low stock levels and assist in reordering.
- **Sales & Billing Records**:

- Enter customer orders, invoices, and payments into the system.
- Ensure accuracy in transaction records and generate reports.
- **Quality Checks & Compliance**:

- Cross-check entries for errors and discrepancies.
- Ensure data entry complies with company policies and regulations.
- **Report Generation**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
- Generate data insights for store management decision-making.
- **Software & Tools Handling**:

- Work with ERP, POS, or store management software for data entry.
- Use Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools for data organization.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry software.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
- **Typing Speed**: Minimum 35-45 words per minute with high accuracy.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to spot and correct errors in data.
- **Basic Accounting Knowledge**: Understanding of invoices, sales records, and ledgers
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage large amounts of store data efficiently.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
