Key Responsibilities:Data Entry & Administrative Tasks:

  • Accurately enter order details, inventory data, and dispatch records into the system (ERP/Excel/software).
  • Maintain updated records of stock in/out, packing status, and shipping.
  • Generate packing lists, invoices, and shipping labels as required.
  • Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and inventory teams for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of documents.

Packing & Dispatch Supervision:

  • Supervise and coordinate the packing staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Ensure correct packaging standards are followed (labeling, sealing, quantity check, etc.).
  • Monitor inventory of packing materials and report shortages proactively.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in the packing area.
  • Conduct quality checks before dispatch to minimize errors or returns.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass or diploma; graduate preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry and/or warehouse/packing operations.
  • Good typing speed with accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and data entry software/ERP systems.
  • Ability to lead a small team and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics processes.
  • Physically fit to occasionally assist with packing tasks if needed.
