Supervisor - Receiving & Warehouse

**SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Check incoming products [Seeds] to ensure proper receipt in terms of quantity, batch and data entry in the system.
2. Decide how to store dirty, semi or FERT seeds in the warehouse in accordance with storage capacity. Allocate Bin locations.
3. Execute shipping orders -for both Stock Transfers and Direct shipments.
4. Create transfer order from OPO and issue seed to conditioning, Treatment & packing work centres.
5. Receiving of seeds after confirmation of OPO and acknowledge the quantity.
6. Monthly Cycle Count of 100% FERT stock.
7. Regular Cycle count as to make sure that each bin location is covered once in a quarter. Report the discrepancies in quantity.
8. Providing MIGO information to sampling team immediately for sampling activity.
9. Temporary personnel management
- attendance, overtime.
10. Weekly / Monthly Report on Seed Receipts, variation in quantities during Inventory counts
**ENVIRONMENTAL, SAFETY ANDHEALTH**
- Implementation of PPEs in Warehouse & receiving area
- Ensuring safety precaution in Warehousing, elevated work, electrical safety, fall protection etc
- Maintaining safety regulations as per law as well Monsanto guidance
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
