We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily warehousing activities. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods. You will play a crucial role in achieving production, productivity, and quality targets, while also improving the overall market share of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
- Maintain accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.
- Communicate job expectations and provide coaching to employees.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
- Interface with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to track warehouse status.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative or adjusted work procedures.
- Coordinate activities with other departments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor.
- Strong supervisory skills and techniques.
- Proficiency in warehouse software packages and MS Office.
- Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.
- Hands-on commitment to completing tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to direct and coordinate operations.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
