**Job Title: MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Driver**

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Department**: Warehouse Operations

**Reports to**: Warehouse Supervisor

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Safely operate a reach truck with a 9-meter height and 1-ton capacity to move, stack, and retrieve goods.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, storage racks, and other storage areas within the warehouse.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure the reach truck is in good working condition.
- Ensure the battery water levels of MHE is checked and refill the water as per requirements.
- Assist with order picking and packing during periods of low equipment activity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a reach truck with a 9-meter height and 1-ton capacity.
- Valid MHE or forklift operator certification/license
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in safely operating reach trucks or other MHE in a warehouse environment.
- Experience in order picking, packing, and general warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and safety procedures.

- ** Safety Compliance**: Maintain a 100% safety record with no incidents related to MHE operations.
- ** Picking and Packing Accuracy**: Achieve a 99% accuracy rate in order picking and packing tasks during downtime.
- ** Equipment Maintenance**: Conduct daily inspections with 100% compliance, reporting any issues promptly.
- ** Inventory Management**: Accurately record and update 98% of inventory movements in the warehouse management system.
