We are looking for a focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists.

Chaincode consulting LLP is an emerging enterprise blockchain development and consulting firm. We help organizations revolutionize their businesses through blockchain. We work with our clients closely in accelerating the adoption of blockchain technology within their systems. We are looking for a focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.
- Responsible for handling a complete recruitment life cycle.
- Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
- Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
- Good technical knowledge & must have 2+ years of Experience in IT Recruitment.
- Ready to work from the office.
