We need a skilled Field Services Mobility and Oracle EBS technical resource with Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud knowledge professional to join our team as an Enterprise Services Support Analyst. As an Enterprise Services Support Analyst, Resource will be responsible for Supporting Services Applications. Working knowledge of Oracle Field Services module, Oracle Field Service Mobility Module and strong technical Oracle EBS, Java, Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL skill is required. Resource will be responsible to collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to develop and support efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and Resolve Issues -Experience in Incident and Problem Management, Identify and troubleshoot Incidents, providing effective solutions, able to solve complex analytical problems and provide recommendations.
- User Support: Assist users with technical inquiries, guiding them through problem-solving steps.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular system checks, install updates, and ensure security measures are in place.
- Documentation: Maintain records of issues and solutions to improve future support strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration flows and data connectivity.
- Determine the technical design in their area of concern, within the architectural guidelines.
- Conduct research, design, prototype, and other exploration activities.
- Deploy the work products to staging and production.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle EBS R12
- Hands-on experience using Git for version control experience and experience on ServiceNow.
- Expert level in Unix, Java, SQL and PL/SQL Skill and knowledge of ESB Sonic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data migration/conversion using SQL*Loader and Import and Export.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements.
- Analyse data and requirement to develop efficient and scalable solutions.
- Develop program logic per user stories by working closely with the Product Owner.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Resource should be open to work in Shifts.
- Excellent communication skills
