**Job Title: System Administrator**
**Experience : 3-4 Years**
**Location: Thane, Mumbai**

**Face to face interviews only-Immediate joiners preferred**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations.
- Handle backup and disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Collaborate with IT team members for network maintenance and upgrades.
- Ensure system security by implementing and maintaining firewalls, antivirus, and data encryption.
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve escalated issues.
- Document system configurations, updates, and procedures.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with networking concepts and tools (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
