**Project Delivery Coordinator - On-Site**:Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking multiple IT projects.
- Coordinate resources, equipment, meetings, and information across project teams.Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations (e.g., project charters, status reports).
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met, raising risks and issues as needed.Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals.
- Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project meetings.Ensure compliance with organizational project standards and methodologies.
- Support change management and release management activities.Maintain project dashboards using tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.

Work closely with software developers, QA testers, and business analysts.

**Technical/Tool Proficiency**:

- Project management tools JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Trello
- Collaboration tools Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Slack
- Reporting & documentation MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
