Coordination & Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the manufacturing facility and customers.
- Regularly update customers on the status of projects, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
Collaborate with internal departments (production, quality assurance) to ensure customer requirements are met.
- ** Customer Relationship Management**:

- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Organize and participate in regular customer meetings to discuss project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- ** Liaison with Doctors & Healthcare Professionals**:

- Communicate with doctors to understand their specific product needs and preferences.
- Present product features, specifications, and benefits to medical professionals when required.
Assist in gathering feedback from doctors to ensure continuous improvement in product quality and compliance.
- ** Project Monitoring**:

- Track project milestones, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to customer expectations.
Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and escalate issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- ** Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, project updates, and key milestones.
Prepare and share regular reports on project status with internal teams and customers.
- ** Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all customer and doctor communications are aligned with industry regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet regulatory and customer standards.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

**Work Environment**:

- The role involves working in an office setting with occasional visits to the manufacturing facility.
- Travel may be required to meet customers or healthcare professionals.
