We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive - Leasing to join our real estate team. The role involves managing the leasing process for residential and commercial properties, maintaining relationships with tenants, and ensuring high occupancy rates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and attract prospective tenants through marketing, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property tours and explain the benefits and features to potential tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants to close deals successfully.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure renewals and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and tenant satisfaction is high.
- Track market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings to adjust strategies as needed.
- Generate regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and rental income.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or real estate.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
