**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Language Skills: Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Attitude: Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy customers.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
