Job Role - Data Entry Executive

Location: Onsite, Surat

The Production Data Executive is responsible for accurately recording, maintaining, and analyzing production-related data to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency. The role requires data entry, tracking production metrics, generating reports, and assisting the production team in monitoring job work, inventory, and order status.
- Enter production data such as daily output, raw material consumption, defects, and work-in-progress into the system.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor job work, timelines, and delivery schedules.
- Identify discrepancies in data and report them to the production manager for corrective action.
- Communicate with vendors and job workers to update and track production progress.
- Update the production tracking system with real-time order status and ensure alignment with planning schedules.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (Commerce, Data Management, Textile Management, etc.).
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry, production tracking, or manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and production tracking software (ERP knowledge preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
