**Position Overview**: As a Data Entry Cum Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems and managing billing processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that data and billing information are processed correctly and timely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Verify and validate data for completeness and correctness.
- Perform regular data quality checks and troubleshoot data entry errors.
- **Billing**:

- Generate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing amounts and payment terms.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues related to customer accounts.
- Prepare and maintain billing documentation, including contracts and payment records.
- **Customer and Vendor Interaction**:

- Respond to customer and vendor inquiries related to billing and data accuracy.
- Provide support for billing-related questions and resolve any disputes or discrepancies.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with maintaining and organizing financial and billing records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and accurate billing.
- Prepare reports and summaries related to data entry and billing activities.
- **Compliance and Accuracy**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data entry and billing.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry and billing, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and billing processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer and vendor inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
