As a Data Entry Executive at West Coast Frozen Foods, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of Production processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into the company's database or spreadsheet software.
- Maintain and update records.
- Verify the accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections or adjustments as needed.
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of filing systems.
- Generate reports, summaries, and other documents based on data entered for use by management.
- Communicate effectively and supervisors to ensure data entry tasks are completed on time.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with strong typing skills and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
