**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the daily operations of the academy, including coordinating class schedules, managing resources, and overseeing facility management and maintenance
- Coordinate with instructors to ensure they have the necessary resources to teach effectively and students have the necessary materials to learn
- Monitor class attendance, provide attendance reports to instructors and students, and follow up with students who are absent or have missed coursework
- Assist in the development of new educational programs and initiatives, including researching and recommending new curricula, technologies, and educational resources
- Support the Head Operations in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the academy runs smoothly and efficiently
- Provide administrative support to instructors and students as needed, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and responding to inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of all academy activities, including class schedules, attendance records, and student records
- Assist in marketing and promoting the academy to potential students and partners
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, education, healthcare) or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in operations or administration, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and medical education preferred
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and student information systems (SIS) preferred
