**Job Objective**

Oversee and facilitate the logistics operations of the Company. Coordinate personnel and processes to achieve effective distribution of goods.

**Specific responsibilities**:

- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and consumables as per the approved quantity/limits.
- Perform general administrative tasks pertaining to the logistics and operations.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding the quality of delivery/timeline.
- Maintain accurate filing system so as to retrieve the same as and when required.
- Liaise with drivers, coordinate and arrange deliveries within the approved time frame.
- Update all transactions in the CRM software.
- Prepare accurate daily/weekly reports of logistics operations and submit to the management.
- Ensure optimum utilization of company vehicles, assets and premises.
- Maintain and monitor vehicle log books and coordinate with HR & Admin in servicing/ repairing the vehicles.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
