Job Title : Architect

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze architectural design brief and discussion with clients whenever required. Discussion and briefing along with feedback with the respective PA/TL's/Head's at regular intervals.
- Design projects and/ or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications to ensure compliance with government codes, bye laws and regulations.
- Preparation of preliminary designs, Concept & Schematic drawings, working drawings, full detailed drawings and technical specifications.
- Maintaining project schedules and completion timelines to the client as well internally.
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process.
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets.
- Eye for detail.
- Sound knowledge of services. Coordination with external consultants and various internal MEP team members.
- Supervising Junior Architects works and assigning them tasks as and when required.
- Preparing of material board.
- Researching and inquiring about different materials and staying updated on construction industry related material.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Work experience minimum 2 years of experience in construction and architecture
- Should have managed and handled the team of architects for the desired results
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.
- Experience in Hospitality projects would be added advantage.
- Technical skills (essential) - Autocad, Google sketchup, Microsoft office
- Behavioral skills - Communication, developing and visualizing ideas, creating new concepts.
- Industry - Architecture background

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
