**Job description**

We are currently hiring for the position of Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various structures, ensuring their functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative and sustainable architectural designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural designs and blueprints for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Oversee and manage construction projects to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to incorporate into designs.

**Required Work Experience, Skills, or Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
