**Job description**

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and communication logs.
- Prepare post-project evaluations and reports for continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, scope, and goals.

**Communication**:

- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project status and milestones.

**Quality Control**:

- Review project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and quality standards.
- Record client feedbacks.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree, with basic understanding of Graphic Design or a related field.
- Freshers can apply.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of graphic design processes and tools.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹8000-₹10,000/month

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Schedule**: Day shift
**Timing**: 9.00 am to 6.00 PM (Mon-Sat)
**Supplemental Pay**: Performance bonus
