**Job Brief/Summary ;**We are looking to hire Auditor who are innovative, forward-thinking professional who doesn’t mind digging into data and searching for potential loopholes and vulnerabilities.

**Client Work Location: Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd, 2nd Floor High Street cum Highland Corporate Centre. Kapurbavdi Junction,Majiwade, Thane West-400607**

**CTC : 20,000-p/m in Hand Salary 15,000-p/m**

**You will be deployed in client location on Centillion payroll.**

**JD**
- Completeness of key documentation in the loan files such as financial documents, credit verifications, CIBIL checks, sanction approvals KYC etc.
- Compliance with customer policy and checklist on lending norms and quality.
- Deliver on key metrics on daily basis to the client
- Respond to escalated complaints and ensure that they are handled to satisfaction
- Focus on daily smooth operation
- Checking and publishing Audit observations.
- Give feedback and discuss performance with team member on a periodic basis
- Ensure newcomers in the team are given on the job training and brought up on the learning.

**Areas of knowledge**

Retail credit
- KYC compliance analysis, Basics of banking, Knowledge of documentation in HL/LAP loan, compliance with customer policy and checklist on lending norms.

**Required Skills**:
Any graduate with Min 6 months -1yr experience working in home loan audit would be plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills within the team and with the process owners.
- Ability to analyze a wide range of operational and regulatory data and draw appropriate conclusions.
- Should have strong knowledge in KYC Compliance.
- Reporting research results.
- Thoroughness.
- Understanding of applicable accounting and banking laws.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Integrity.
- Should have strong documentation skills.
- Attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
