**Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who can create seamless and beautiful user experiences. You will be responsible for translating our product vision into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior and feedback to understand user needs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions
- Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation components
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms and adhere to established brand guidelines
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain modern and relevant

**Qualifications**:
**Design Tools**: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
**User Research**: Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing
**Design Principles**: In-depth understanding of layout, typography, color, and responsive design
**Prototyping**: Ability to create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts
**Collaboration**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing your design projects, including examples of problem-solving, design processes, and final product outcomes

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but a plus)
- Experience designing for accessibility and an understanding of WCAG guidelines
- Knowledge of motion design and creating micro-interactions
- Understanding of analytics and how to use data to drive design decisions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience: 1 year (preferred)
