We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with around 6 months of experience in UI/UX design to contribute to the design and development of innovative digital products. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define user needs, and create user personas and journey maps
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
- Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- Around 6 months of experience in UI/UX design (internship or professional)
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma,
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for UI/UX design
- Portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects and process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
