**Tender Identification**: Research and identify tender opportunities that align with the company s services and strategic goals.
- **Bid Preparation**: Prepare and manage the complete tender/bid process including drafting, reviewing, and submitting high-quality proposals.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and company policies.
- **Documentation**: Compile, organize, and maintain all necessary documents and records related to tender submissions.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, finance, legal, and operations) to gather information and develop comprehensive bids.
- **Risk Assessment**: Evaluate tender requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and negotiate terms.
- **Post-Tender Activities**: Follow up on submitted tenders, respond to client inquiries, and manage any subsequent negotiations.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on tender activities, success rates, and market feedback.
