**Key Responsibilities**

**Curriculum Delivery & Instruction**:

- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies (including play-based, activity-based, and inquiry-based learning) to cater to different learning styles.
- Integrate storytelling, rhymes, arts and crafts, and educational technology to make learning interactive and fun.

**Classroom & Student Management**:

- Create a safe, respectful, and positive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and model behavior.
- Observe and evaluate each child's performance, progress, and social development.
- Provide individualized support and adaptive instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.

**Assessment & Reporting**:

- Regularly assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, observations, and portfolios.
- Maintain accurate and complete student records.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians about student progress through meetings, reports, and newsletters.
- **Collaboration & Development**:

- Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and staff to plan events, share best practices, and ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Participate actively in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) is **mandatory**.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any relevant field (e.g., Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education) is required.
- Additional certifications (e.g., Montessori, Jolly Phonics, Special Education) are a strong advantage.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of **2-3 years** of proven experience teaching students in the Nursery to Grade 5 age group.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- **Excellent Command of English**: Exceptional fluency in spoken and written English is essential for effective communication and instruction.
- **Child-Centric Approach**: A deep understanding of child development and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- **Creativity & Energy**: Ability to design innovative and hands-on learning activities.
- **Patience & Empathy**: A nurturing and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- **Classroom Management**: Strong skills in creating an organized and positive learning environment.
- **Technological Proficiency**: Comfortable using smartboards, educational software, and basic MS Office tools.
