Mother Teacher

Position: Mother Teacher - Playway (Ages 2 to 4 Years)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based activities that support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children.
- Establish a warm, secure, and stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and exploration.
- Observe, document, and assess each child’s progress to ensure their well-being and developmental growth.
- Encourage positive behavior, cooperation, and social interaction through structured and free-play activities.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and classroom participation.
- Ensure classroom hygiene, safety, and adherence to all institutional standards and child protection guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, ECCE, or equivalent).
- Prior experience (1 year) in a preschool or playway environment.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Sound understanding of early childhood development principles.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Play School: 1 year (preferred)
