**Lead Generation**: Making outbound calls to potential clients or customers to introduce company products or services, identify their needs, and generate interest.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engaging with customers over the phone to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about the company's offerings.
- **Sales Support**: Assisting the sales team by following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring clients have a smooth experience from initial contact to conversion.
- **Database Management**: Updating and maintaining a database of client information, call logs, and relevant customer feedback, ensuring accurate records for reporting and analysis.
- **Target Achievement**: Working to meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets, and striving to convert calls into successful sales or lead generation opportunities.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gathering insights from customers about products or services, reporting back on common concerns or trends that may impact business strategies.
- **Follow-Up**: Making follow-up calls to re-engage potential clients, confirm satisfaction post-service, or encourage repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**: Staying updated on company offerings and policies to effectively address customer queries and represent the brand accurately.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to streamline customer experience and feedback.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
