**Job Title**: Hospital Nurse

As a Hospital Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and skilled care to patients in a hospital setting. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Assessment and Monitoring**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and mental health.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall patient condition.
- Identify any changes or deterioration in patients' health status and take appropriate action.

**Treatment and Medication Administration**:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Ensure accurate medication dosages, routes, and timing.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions to medications and treatments.

**Patient Education and Support**:

- Provide patients and their families with education on their medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, assessments, and interventions.
- Document all nursing interventions, medications administered, and patient responses to treatment.
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards of patient confidentiality.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Communicate important patient information and updates to relevant team members in a timely manner.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care conferences to ensure continuity of care.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean patient environment, following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Identify and report any issues or concerns related to patient safety or quality of care.

**Professional Development**:

- Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on advancements in nursing practice, technology, and healthcare trends.
- Participate in continuing education programs and training sessions as required by licensing bodies and hospital policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state or jurisdiction of practice.
- Nursing degree preferred.
- CPR certification and other relevant certifications as required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
