JOB OVERVIEW
- Responsible for all transactions related to imports of the company.
- Coordinates for inspection and necessary loading / unloading of cargo.
- Liases with sellers and buyers to ensure all documentation is in place, collection of payments, etc.
- Prepares all payment related documents and works with bank to ensure all documents are deposited and collected on time.
- Checks and verifies CHA’s invoices for both imports.
- Performs costing of all import shipments for goods in transit in the consignment data base.
- Maintains import goods warehouse stock data.

REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 3-4 Years experience in handling import shipments.
- Good fluency in English & Hindi.
- Knowledge of prevailing customs rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of imports & exports procedures, customs/ bank/insurance documentations and formalities.
- Knowledge of warehousing procedures & inventory management.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
