**1**
- EngineeringPlan and coordinate for timely execution of Piping and works by PMC / EPC Contractor

Support Project Manager to maintain Quality, Schedule and Cost of the Project as per approved Baselines

Prepare / Review / Approve designs, piping plan / layouts, piping routing, sizing, isometrics, 3D Model, piping support, line designation table, corrosion protection, etc by PMC / EPC Contractor

Prepare / Review / Approve templates, calculations, MTOs, Tie-In Procedure, etc. prepared by PMC / EPC Contractor

Knowledge in selection and sizing of piping, bulk materials (Valves, fittings, bellows etc.), pipe supports, 3D Models at 30%, 60% and 90% completion, P&IDs, etc

Hands on experience in static analysis of critical lines connected with Static & Rotating equipment, Piping stress analysis, FEA analysis for pipe support using Caesar-Il

Must be familiar with relevant design API, ANSI, DIN, BS Codes and experience is PDMS Software for 3D Model, CEASAR II Software for Stress Analysis

Ensure Standards and Project Specifications are strictly followed by PMC / EPC Contractor

Ensure timely release of Drawings and other engineering inputs to release Construction Work front

- ProcurementMonitor Procurement Activities related to piping and bulk materials and alert Project Manager in time to arrest any slippages of Progress or Cost Overruns

Review / Approve Vendor Drawings like QA Plan, ITP, IRN, etc

**3**
- Construction PhaseExperience of working at Site during construction and / or pre-commissioning & commissioning

Co-ordinate, review, approve erection activities as per Design, isometrics / 3D Model prepared by PMC / EPC Contractor & Drawings prepared by PMC / EPC Contractor

Provide solutions to issues that could arise during fabrication, erection, installation and commissioning of piping, pipe fittings.

Ensure timely closure of Site queries, Non-conformance Reports, Deviations, etc. by PMC / EPC Contractor

Participate in / Performing periodic quality audits
