**Position description**:

- Sending all the reports as per defined dates
- Ledgers to be scrutinized per month & report to be sent
- Data feeding
- Preparation of daily report
- Integration of necessary mis data to ERP with 100% accuracy
- Maintaining attendance record
- Maintain accounts and bills record
- Purchase of office equipment on effective and reasonablecost and coordination with support staff of deliverable
- Preparing time chart for trips
- Update and maintain DCR & Driver registers
- Daily updation of Vehicle status

**Primary Responsibilities**:

**Educational qualifications preferred**
