**Role Overview**:
As a Product Owner at Habilelabs, you will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise to define the product vision, create detailed roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that align with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into actionable features while ensuring the product meets market demands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Strategy & Vision**: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
- **Backlog Management**: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the development team has clear and actionable user stories.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- **Feature Definition**: Write clear and detailed product requirements, use cases, and user stories to guide the development process.
- **Release Planning**: Plan and manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates that align with the product roadmap.
- **Market & Competitive Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track product performance metrics, user feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.
- **Sprint Planning & Execution**: Collaborate with development teams to plan, execute, and review sprints, ensuring the delivery of high-quality features.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks in the product lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth product delivery.
- **User Experience**: Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure a seamless user experience that meets the needs of the target audience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in product management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; **Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)** or **Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)** certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or additional certifications in product management are a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
- Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence).
- Experience with data-driven decision-making, including familiarity with analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
