Aqua Conditioners provides innovative solutions to water problems. Our flagship product - the catalytic water conditioners are imported from Australia. We also provide filtration solutions for drinking and non drinking purposes.
We began in 2016 in Mumbai and over time gained channel partners in another 10 cities across the country and installation partners in 6 of those. While focusing on flats and homes in tier 1 cities we've sold over 4000 units of our hard water treatment systems.
**About the role**:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, physically demonstrating products and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.To be successful as a Sales Executive, you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Sales Executive should also be very competitive and a good listener.
**What you will do**:
- Being a solution provider to customers by determining their needs and recommending products or services and providing product quotations to customers.
- Scheduling appointments and visiting customers to demonstrate the products and services
- Achieve maximum sales growth and customer conversion within the assigned territory
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share it with internal teams
- Handle customer complaints and grievances effectively
**Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Self motivated and target oriented
- Experience - 2 -5 years
**Employment Type**:
Full-time
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
