**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1) New Product Development - ingredients for sauces, chutneys, jams, spreads, etc

2) Spearheading research-driven projects to address specific manufacturing challenges

3) Process optimization - fermentation, phytochemical extraction, concentration, etc

5) Characterization and quant/qual analyses of bioactive compounds

**Additional skills**:
1) Advanced knowledge of chromatography and spectrophotometry techniques

2) Knowledge of food processing concepts and latest technologies

3) Experience in fermentation techniques

**Education**:
Advanced degree (MSc / Ph.D.) in either of the following:
1) Food Science and TechnologyMicrobiology

2) Biochemistry

3) Microbiology

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Doctorate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- work: 2 years (preferred)
