We are looking for a dynamic and innovative company committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Associate**to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

**Timings**:UK shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM) IST

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales activities and growth metrics, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Overseas Client Sales: Leverage experience in handling global clients to expand the company's international market presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, with a proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Global Sales Experience: Prior experience in managing and growing relationships with overseas clients is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluent English, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work UK hours and occasionally on weekends, as required.
