- Maintain updated production logs.
- Comply with company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Follow quality procedures using checklists.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
- Prior experience with HCC projects is required.
- Review and interpret patient documentation to convert it into standardized medical codes recognized across the industry.
- Understand fundamental coding guidelines and be able to interpret Super bills and medical records, particularly for ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.
- Code charts based on standard coding references, including AAPC coding manuals and Super Coder.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader for any client updates or clarifications.
- Consistently meet established productivity and quality benchmarks, including turnaround time (TAT).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

License/Certification:

- CPC, CIC, COC (preferred)
