**Job Overview**

We’re looking for a **creative and technically skilled Video Editor + Motion Graphic Artist** to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics. You will be responsible for producing compelling video content and motion graphics across various platforms, contributing to brand growth and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit raw video footage into polished content for marketing, social media, and internal communications.
- Design and animate motion graphics (titles, transitions, lower-thirds, explainer animations, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to conceptualize video campaigns and storyboards.
- Add visual effects, sound design, music, and color grading to enhance overall production quality.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and meet project objectives.
- Organize media files efficiently and maintain version control across multiple projects.
- Keep up to date with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in video and animation.
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3**-5 years** of professional experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** - Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Experience with **motion design tools** (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, including audio mixing and color correction.
- Excellent storytelling, conceptualization, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Understanding of best practices for video across social media, digital, and broadcast platforms.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with **Maya**, **Blender**, or other 3D animation software.
- Knowledge of **video formatting standards** and current trends across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Basic production/videography skills (lighting, camera operation, on-site shoot support).
