**Video Editors Job Description**

We are seeking a new Video editor to join our Night team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll have to be self-motivated, proactive, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

**Video Editor Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring high quality and seamless transitions, audio synchronization, and visual effects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Senior Video Editor and creative team to understand project requirements, deadlines, and objectives.
- **Content Enhancement**: Incorporate graphics, sound effects, music, and other elements to enhance video content.
- **Consistency**: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all video content.
- **File Management**: Organize and manage digital assets, including archiving and retrieving video footage.
- **Feedback Implementation**: Incorporate feedback from the Senior Video Editor and other team members to refine video content.
- **Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and new software to continually improve video editing skills.
- **Quality Control**: Review and proof final videos to ensure they meet quality standards before submission.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for online video platforms.
- **Creative Skills**: Ability to tell a compelling story through video, with a good sense of timing, pacing, and composition.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to catch and correct mistakes or inconsistencies.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- **AI Tools**: Knowledge of latest AI tools which assist in video production can be a great plus.
- **Motion graphics** in the portfolio can be a great plus.
- **Film/Ad industry Experience**:Can be a huge plus.
- **Fintech background** can give great advantage.
- **Knowledge of Performance Marketing is a great plus.**

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Quarterly bonus
