**Responsibilities**:
As a Video Editor at Web Ministers, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging video content for our clients’ marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Video Editing**: Edit raw video footage into high-quality, professional videos that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with the content, marketing, and design teams to understand the vision for each project and contribute creative ideas for video content.
- **Video Enhancement**: Use editing techniques such as color correction, sound design, visual effects, and transitions to enhance video quality.
- **Format Optimization**: Ensure video content is optimized for different platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
- **Technical Tools Management**: Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools to create polished videos.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide them with updates on video progress.
- **Project Timelines**: Ensure that all video editing tasks are completed within specified deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure videos are error-free and meet the highest standards of production, with attention to detail in every project.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing or related roles, ideally within a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolutions for different platforms.
- A good eye for detail and creativity in video production.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your video editing skills is highly preferred.
