JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing

strategies
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring team and follow up on feedback

relationship management
- Stay informed about trends and innovative recruiting techniques in the IT industry

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate setting
- Having 3+ years of experience with IT recruitment.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks accordingly

BEHAVORIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Positive attitude and high on professional morale
- Ability to effectively work with cross functional teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be multi-task oriented and able to work with frequent interruptions
- Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
- Team Player with a professional attitude
- Job involves supporting & coordinating with on shore team based out of US offices and hence requires

flexibility to work in any shift and/or on Indian holidays as well.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹335,000.00 - ₹435,000.00 per year
