**Core Responsibility**:
**Client Acquisition**:Identify and onboard new business clients, including 3rd Party Manufacturing and PCD (Propaganda-Cum-Distribution) clients.
**Lead Generation**:Proactively generate leads through various channels and convert them into business opportunities.
**Client Education**:Clearly communicate product information and USPs to potential clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our offerings.
**Follow-Ups**:Manage regular follow-ups for client queries, order closures, and relationship nurturing.
**Order & Dispatch Coordination**:Oversee smooth dispatch of goods, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Payment Follow-Ups**:Track and follow up for timely payments from clients to maintain healthy cash flow.
**Desired Qualification**:
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in **Marketing and Sales** within the **Pharmaceutical or Herbal/Nutraceutical industry**.
- Strong understanding of 3rd party and PCD business models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in lead generation and client relationship management.
- Ability to multitask and manage coordination across departments (sales, logistics, accounts).
