**Responsibilities**
- **Design Conceptualization**: Develop creative packaging concepts for new and existing products that meet brand standards and engage the target audience.
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure all packaging reflects the company’s brand identity, values, and visual guidelines.
- **Prototyping**: Create physical or digital mockups to test aesthetics, usability, and functionality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product development, and stakeholders to incorporate feedback effectively.
- **Market & Material Research**: Stay current on design trends, packaging innovations, and sustainable solutions.
- **Production-Ready Files**: Deliver high-quality, print-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure flawless execution.
- **Compliance**: Ensure packaging meets regulatory standards, including health, safety, and legal requirements.
- **Project Management**: Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven background as a packaging or graphic designer with a portfolio of relevant work.
- **Software Expertise**: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- **Design Knowledge**: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- **Creativity**: Innovative mindset with an exceptional eye for detail.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
- **Organization**: Excellent project and time management abilities.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address design challenges with functional and visually compelling solutions.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field preferred.
