**Poste**:
Le rôle du PMO:

- accompagner les chefs des projets dans la saisie des indicateurs et la communication de leurs informations,
- animer la communauté de pratique relative au pilotage des projets,
- qualifier et cartographier les risques, et évaluer leur criticité,
- créer des tableaux de bord,
- préparer et animer la revue mensuelle des projets,
- assurer le suivi et le pilotage des actions transverses liées à la sécurité, l’accessibilité et la sobriété numérique,
- être garant de la gestion documentaire des projets.

**Profil**:
Niveau requis : BAC + 5 ou équivalent.

Expérience souhaitée d’au moins 5 ans sur une fonction similaire.

Compétences principales:

- Gestion des projets et de portefeuille de projets,
- Méthodes projets (agile, cycle en V),
- Déploiement de solutions,
- Production et organisation de la documentation,
- Logiciel de gestion et de pilotage de portefeuille.

Savoir-faire:

- Sens de l’organisation, établissement des priorités,
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse et capacités rédactionnelles,
- Conduite et accompagnement du changement.
