For more info., Visit our website:  Role Overview: We are seeking a professional for our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide project governance, ensuring strategic alignment, and enabling the consistent delivery of high-impact projects. This role requires proven expertise in portfolio management, governance frameworks, and organizational transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: Establish and continuously improve the PMO function, ensuring standardization of project governance, processes, and reporting. Oversee the organization's strategic project portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities. Partner with executive leadership to define project prioritization, resource allocation, and investment decisions. Monitor and evaluate project performance through defined KPIs, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Develop enterprise-level dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders. Drive risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes across the portfolio. Ensure the adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies across the organization. Support project managers, ensuring capability development and adherence to standards. Facilitate governance board meetings, providing strategic updates and recommendations. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in project delivery. Requirements: 4-6 years of progressive experience in project/program/portfolio management. Strong understanding of enterprise-level governance frameworks and portfolio management practices. Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-geography projects. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Clarity PPM, JIRA, or similar). Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or PMO-CP, are preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, IT, or related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
