
Field Sales Representative

A Field Sales Executive in FMCG is responsible for actively promoting and selling a company's consumer products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors within a designated territory, by building strong relationships, understanding market trends, and achieving sales targets through in-person visits, while gathering customer feedback and ensuring optimal product visibility to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned products and territory by generating leads, closing deals, and managing customer accounts effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients including retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers through regular visits and communication.
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and stay updated on market trends.
- **Sales Planning and Execution**:Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory, including identifying potential customers, planning sales calls, and presenting product information.
- **Product Promotion**:Actively promote new product launches, special offers, and promotional activities to increase sales and market penetration.
- **Order Management**:Process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any customer issues.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:Regularly track sales performance, prepare sales reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- **Merchandising and Visibility**:Ensure proper product placement and visibility on store shelves through merchandising activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,453.87 - ₹30,121.84 per month
