**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise academic programs across all sections (KG, Primary, Upper Primary, Secondary, Higher Secondary)
- Ensure curriculum implementation and compliance with CBSE guidelines
- Provide guidance and support to teachers in lesson planning, assessments, and teaching methodologies
- Monitor students' academic progress and work closely with teachers to improve outcomes
- Facilitate professional development and training sessions for staff
- Act as a liaison between the administration, teachers, students, and parents
- Manage and resolve academic issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of the school's educational system
- Prepare reports on academic performance and ensure quality standards are maintained

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed or M.Ed preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an academic leadership role, preferably within the CBSE system
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with modern teaching practices and digital tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
