**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers for Forum IAS to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in connecting with prospective students, providing information about our courses, and helping them understand the benefits of our educational offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to provide information about Forum IAS courses and services.
- Assist students in understanding the different programs and help them with course enrollment.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients, ensuring accurate data entry into CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and answer queries related to the courses.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest offerings and course details to provide accurate information.
- Handle inquiries regarding course fees, schedule, and eligibility criteria.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with prospects.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a bonus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong persuasion skills with a focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of educational offerings related to Civil Services Examinations is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM software or basic computer skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
